Clare provides regulatory and compliance advice on CASS and safeguarding.
Prior to joining Bovill Newgate, Clare worked in senior management roles responsible for CASS and Safeguarding operations and oversight for 10 years in investment platforms. Her experience has covered a variety of product offerings, business models and outsourcing arrangements. She has been a lead in multiple CASS change projects and programmes which included deep dive analysis into whole CASS environments, building end-to-end CASS compliant processes, onboarding and designing new reconciliations software and strengthening CASS oversight arrangements, documentation and training.
​Having been in the position of many of our clients, she knows firsthand the complexities of cross-functional working required for real CASS change and is able to bring that understanding and experience to the table to support our clients in her passion of finding solutions that build compliance and efficiency by design into the long term.
